Effective July 26, 2026. Policies are reviewed as the directory, vendors, and applicable requirements change.
Our approach
We use semantic structure, descriptive labels, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, strong contrast, large tap targets, readable type, reduced-motion support, and clear validation messages.
Known limitations
This MVP is under active development. Third-party services such as Stripe Checkout, provider websites, and embedded analytics maintain their own accessibility practices. We will monitor core workflows and address reported barriers.
Need assistance or an alternative format?
Use the contact form and select “Other.” Describe the page, task, assistive technology if you wish, and the format or accommodation that would help. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is part of design, content review, development, and provider-profile standards—not a one-time checklist.
