Information we collect
We may collect contact and project information submitted through quote requests, provider applications, listing claims, contact forms, and checkout. Provider onboarding may include business credentials, service areas, public contact details, internal contact details, and approved images.
How we use information
We use information to operate the directory, respond to requests, review and publish profiles, process payments, prevent abuse, improve coverage, measure conversions, and meet legal obligations.
Quote-request sharing
When you consent, we may share relevant request details with an appropriate provider. Marketing consent is separate and optional. We do not require a newsletter subscription to submit a service request.
Processors
We use Supabase for application data and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Opinly for content publishing and traffic attribution, and Vercel or Sites for hosting. Each receives only the information needed for its role and is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Traffic measurement
Public pages use traffic measurement to record page views, navigation, clicks, form submissions, general referral and campaign sources, country, and device information. Opinly does not receive form-field values other than a recognizable email address, which it transmits securely and stores as a one-way hash for visitor and conversion attribution. Password and hidden fields are excluded, and Opinly states that it does not store IP addresses or set cookies. Our separate first-party page-view records do not store visitor names, email addresses, or IP addresses.
Retention and security
Access is restricted by role and row-level policies. We retain records only as long as needed for operations, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a marketing opt-out through the contact form. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data
Do not send diagnoses, full medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords, bank details, payment-card details, or identity documents through public forms.
