Business-supplied information
Descriptions, service areas, experience, response times, funding-program knowledge, photos, project types, and some credentials may be supplied by the provider. We do not independently confirm every statement.
Point-in-time checks
When a profile states “license checked on [date]” or similar, it means an administrator reviewed the named source on that date. Status may change after the check. The note does not replace your own current verification.
No approval or endorsement
SafeHome Access does not label providers fully verified, approved, endorsed, guaranteed safe, or officially approved by VA, Medicaid, an insurer, a manufacturer, or another government or private program unless a precise and supportable relationship is documented.
Paid status
Founding, featured, verified-plan, and sponsor placement are commercial products. Paid placement does not mean better quality and does not change the user’s responsibility to evaluate a provider.
Reviews and testimonials
The MVP does not publish platform-verified consumer reviews. Any future provider-supplied testimonial must be clearly labeled and administrator-approved. Fake reviews are prohibited.
