Listing, review, featured, founding, or sponsor status is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee identity, licensure, insurance, qualifications, conduct, availability, price, workmanship, safety, program eligibility, or any project result.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating providers, checking current public records, confirming insurance, obtaining references, reviewing contracts, understanding deposits and change orders, securing approvals, and consulting licensed clinical or professional advisers where appropriate.
Provider obligations
Providers must submit accurate, lawful, non-misleading information; maintain required licenses and insurance; obtain permission for images and testimonials; and promptly report material changes. We may edit, reject, suspend, or remove information that violates directory standards.
Paid placement and refunds
Paid visibility is labeled. Founding members may request a full refund before profile publication. After publication, the applicable order, written scope, and law govern. No inquiry, lead, customer, revenue, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, disrupt, impersonate, submit spam, misuse personal data, upload malicious content, or use the directory for discrimination or unlawful conduct.
Limitation and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties. We may update these terms as the directory, offerings, and applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
